Through our daily lives, whether in the car, walking, in a restaurant, or in the shopping malls, our eyes make contact with strangers... This eye contact can range from a fraction of a second to 5 or more seconds... Then, when it is over, we go back to doing whatever it is we were doing: eating, walking, driving, shopping, etc...
Yet, have you ever thought about this: the person your eye made contact with could easily be the next "good" friend you never had, the next person you will make a work deal with, the person who can make you smile one day, the next enemy you will gain, or maybe even the person you will spend the rest of your life with?
Now, while having this "short and basically useless" eye contact, think about this... It will draw a smile on your face!

this is absolutely right... i feel that with the eye contact, u take a picture of this person and keep it in ur memory... it's weird, and as u said, who knows, maybe you'll have something in the future with this person u made this 5 seconds eye contact with... sometimes, we make dreams based on this eye contact, wishing it could happen, wishing u could have something in the future with this person... and the weirdest thing, that i had this experience tonight, that's why i can understand exactly what u r talking about...
Oh GOD i sure know what you are talking about. This eye contact in all case is trouble. I have had this lately and these stupid 5 second made a shake in all my thoughts beliefs and future plans. I was wondering could this stupid 5 sec thing have this great effect on people. Unfortunately it can get addictive and this is so freaking difficult cause no matter how hard you try to re-initiate the same situation like the first eye contact you can never get.
Take care; people the eye contact can be dangerous and may cause long term complications especially if it was FATALE…

well , i had an eye contact with the picture of the lovely girl on the index :)) her eyes said alot to me .. and i think she is not gonna be a frined , as she is already a cute friend .
